"Serving Persons with Disabilities in Medicaid Managed Care: Assuring Continuity, Quality and Cost Effectiveness." HRSA and CMS will be co-sponsoring a one-day national conference for HRSA grantees, Medicaid managed care organizations, public and private hospital systems, state and local government officials, as well as other safety net providers. This goal of this conference is to provide the participant with the opportunity to learn how to provide quality, comprehensive services to persons with disabilities in the Medicaid managed care environment. Experts with knowledge about persons with disabilities and managed care will discuss case management, use of community services, payment options, risk adjustments, unique state and managed care solutions, provider networks, and more.
